When I called Helping Hand to inquire about getting someone who could come out and clean my home, the owner scheduled a consultation appointment with me to meet with me and figure out what tasks that I wanted them to do when they came to clean. Stepahanie is cery professional and made me comfortable that they would take care of the job, and take my needs ( I work nights & they worked around tthat too) into consideration and I didn't worry about my pets being scared while they were there.
